 01. How to nominate Assist Ability Australia as your NDIS provider in PACE?

NDIS Participants – How to Shop with Us

At Assist Ability Australia, we proudly support NDIS participants by providing high-quality
incontinence products. Whether you're Plan Managed, NDIA Managed, or Self-Managed,
we’ve made it easy to access the products you need through your NDIS funding.

✅ If You're Plan Managed
Ask your Plan Manager to nominate us as your preferred NDIS provider.

Once nominated, we’ll work directly with your Plan Manager to ensure smooth ordering and
invoicing.

✅ If You're NDIA Managed or Self-Managed
You can nominate us directly through the my NDIS (PACE) portal.
Follow these steps:
1. Log in to your NDIS Portal (PACE): my NDIS portal
2. Go to 'My Providers'
3. Search for:
○ Organisation Name:
Assist Ability Australia Agency Pty Ltd
Provider Number: 4050090718
ABN: 43 640 664 615

4. Nominate us as a Participant Endorsed Provider (PEP):
This means we can claim directly from your NDIS plan for approved support.

If you're unable to complete this yourself, you can ask your Support Coordinator, LAC, or
carer
to assist you. Just be sure to give them your consent to make provider changes on
your behalf.
